Hi..This is Indra here, 29 yrs old of north indian origin (from mumbai), PR and based in singapore since last 4 years and works in IT. I have been staying with a Filipino-Indian mixed race family here since more than 3 years now in Jurong and we have become more like family ever since. However, now I am looking for an accomodation somewhere in the Eastern part of singapore due to 2 reasons: 1) My work place is in city center 2) My girl friend is based in east coast area I am looking of an ff accomodation (master/comm room) somewhere in the eastern side and would like to state some details/requirements: - My work sometimes requires me to stay long hours at office and I sometimes come back very late. - Due to flexibility of office hours, I also sometimes work from home, depending on my meeting schedules. - I like to travel and sometimes I may stay away for few days - I don''t get time to cook, but I would prefer to use the oven sometimes for instant bites and some space in refrigerator - I would like a place where I can get privacy to some extend. - I am particular about hygiene and like to always keep the place well & tidy. Because of this, I had to earlier regularly do my friend''s chores also when I was residing in NTU ;-) - My gf and mother may visit / stay with me sometimes and it should not be a concern to my other flatmates - I am cool about any race/gender/orientation of my flatmates and is not concerned about any specifics.
