I am software engineer from India taken a house from HDB for rent and I have furnished it fully. The house has all the amenites and light cooking is allowed. It is close to Buona Vista MRT,bus stops, food court and shops. I require a male professional or student to occupy the room or two persons can also share the room as there are 2 beds. Amenites like washing machine, microwave, fridge, television with SCV connection is available. The occupants can use the entire house.
